HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Once your trade is finalized by 2nd Swing, we’ll issue an eGift Card within 2-3 business days. Your eGift Card will be eligible on purchases made at mizunousa.com. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Note: Custom clubs are currently not offered at MizunoUSA.com and eGift Cards will not be eligible for custom golf club purchases.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED?
After your trade-in arrives at our facility, we’ll carefully inspect it and send you a detailed summary of the items received within 3-5 business days.

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING LABELS?
Each shipping label costs $9.99 and is prepaid.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
For just $9.99, you’ll receive a flat-rate FedEx label that covers most box sizes. The fee will be deducted from your final trade value. Please provide your own box and packing materials.

WHERE CAN I GET A BOX?
You can reuse a box from your Mizuno order if it fits, or useany suitable box you have. If needed, you can purchase one at FedEx.

HOW MANY CLUBS CAN I TRADE IN?
There’s no limit on the number of clubs you can trade in—add as many as you like. 

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY TRADE VALUE?
Once your trade is processed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. If you have any questions, call 2nd Swing at 612-216-5205 x2, and their team will assist you.

WHAT CONDITION SCALE IS USED?
We keep it straightforward—New means untouched, Average covers clubs with standard wear, and Below Average includes clubs with noticeable wear such as paint chips or scratches.

WHAT IF I’M TRADING IN A DRIVER AND BUYING AN IRON SET?
You can trade in any clubs you want toward your Mizuno purchase to ensure you get the best value for your unused equipment. 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ITEM TO TRADE THAT’S NOT IN THE VALUE GUIDE?
If you have something not listed, send us photos via email, and we’ll do our best to provide a custom quote. Otherwise, please call 612-216-5205 x2 and let us know what you have. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A COMBO SET TO TRADE IN?
Combo sets require a custom quote, and the shafts must match. Contact 2nd Swing at 612-216-5205 x2 for further details.
