What is Mizuno's Return Policy for online orders?
Return Policy
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA online or by calling Order Support at (800) 966-1211 and we will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper in order to receive full product credit. Your order must be returned within two (2) weeks of receiving the RMA. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Please contact Order Support at (800) 966-1211 for help or assistance in processing a return.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are always applied to the original payment method used to place your order. This would include the original credit card that was used at the time of purchase. Refunds to your credit card typically take up to 7 business days following a successful receipt of returned goods and post to your credit card statement. Depending on the billing cycle, it can take 1 to 2 billing cycles for their refund to post to your account.
In cases where the original credit card used for a purchase has been lost or stolen, we are unable to process refunds to a different credit card due to compliance and security protocols. In such instances, refunds will be provided as store credit, in the form of a gift card, or through an exchange of the returned product.
Mizuno Event Sales Return Policy
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned to Mizuno USA in original condition and packaging. All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase, no exceptions.

Refunds are applied only when Mizuno USA has received and inspected merchandise. In the event that you need to ship items back to Mizuno USA for return, we recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection. Once a return has been initiated, it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the products. Shipments lost in transit will not be refunded. *Re-stocking fees may be applicable.
Mizuno Experience Center Return/Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a Return/Exchange at the Mizuno Experience Center, original purchase must be made at the Mizuno Experience Center and accompanied with original receipt of purchase. For concerns regarding online and custom orders please call customer support at 1 (800)-966-1211.
All Returns/Exchanges must be new and in original packaging.
If there is a manufacturing defect, product may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase, some exclusions apply*. After 60 days please contact our warranty department at 1 (800)-966-1211.
*Not valid on custom ordered product (i.e custom golf clubs, custom baseball/softball gloves, etc)
